My firewall says MuvAudio2© is trying to access the internet! Why does it need internet access?

MuvAudio2 will be shown by your firewall as needing internet access for 3 reasons.
  • The first reason is that it uses Windows Media Player to play the files. If WMP tries to access the internet to download codecs, etc., it will show as MuvAudio2 trying to access the internet.
  • The second reason is that you are trying to activate MuvAudio2 after purchasing a license. This requires internet access to contact our activation server. If you do not have internet access and need to activate, please Contact Us for manual activation.
  • The third and final reason is that you are converting your files to the MP3 file format and you have the option to download the Album Art, which requires internet access.
